Texan Santa is our iconic Texan Christmas Cowboy Santa that appears in all of our marketing and is part of select events and pop-ups.
He wears our signature western Santa suit designed and created by Elizabeth Cauthen of House of Velvet Rose who is the designer behind her husband and performer, Paul Cauthen’s, stage attire.
When approached about the project, she never thought a Santa suit would be asked of her but knew she was in fact the perfect person to create a rock n roll, cowboy inspired Santa suit.
We chose classic Western themes to give the traditional Santa suit a one-of-a-kind Texas twist. The blue velvet of the suit was chosen to perfectly match the blue of a Texas bluebonnet.
The man behind the suit is also known as Wimberley’s Santa. He may have a regular job by day but turns into the most magical Santa during the holidays and has even spun off his own collection of Santa-inspired children’s books.
